Do you work with destination weddings?
Yes! We love traveling for love stories. Travel and accommodation fees are added to your package based on your wedding location.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 9-12 months in advance for weddings to secure your preferred date. Keepsakes, invitations, and websites may require shorter timelines, but advance booking ensures a smooth process.
Photography & Videography
When will we receive our photos videos?
Final galleries and films are typically delivered within 8-12 weeks. Sneak peaks are often shared sooner.
Can we request specific shots?
Absolutely. We welcome shot lists for family formals or special moments, though we encourage you to trust our artistic eye for the rest of your day.
Do you provide raw/unedited files?
No—we believe editing is part of our artistry and brand. Only fully polished galleries are delivered.
Invitations & Keepsakes
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. Every invitation suite and keepsake is designed to reflect your story and style. We’ll guide you through the design process step by step.
How long does production take?
Timelines vary based on the project. On average, custom invitations and keepsakes require 6-10 weeks from approval to delivery.
Websites & Branding
What’s included in a wedding website package?
Our wedding websites include custom design, RSVP management, and styling that matches your event’s aesthetic. Additional features can be added depending on your budget and needs.
Do you design for business too?
Yes—while our focus in weddings, we occasionally accept branding projects for creative businesses that align with our style.
Payments & Policies
What is required to book?
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date or project.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we provide flexible payment schedules to make the process easier.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Retainers are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, you may be responsible for costs incurred up to that point.
